Overall a very positive experience with Grey Cloud. They promptly replied to our initial inquiry, which sometimes is half the battle. Once we began the process, they arrived on site, talked through what we wanted, and then gave us options. There were several iterations of discussions until we came up with a plan of what we wanted. When they began the work, the crews arrived on time and worked through the day to ensure things were done on schedule. If any hiccups arose, they were quick to talk to us, address any concerns, and continue on with the project. The end result turned out really fantastic. I appreciated their artistic eye coming up with designs and features I would not have expected. If you are considering them, I would recommend it. They are fair and reasonably priced and provide excellent customer service.

Have not used their services but GCO was mindful of the neighbors of the home they were working on. I was surprised to have received a gift card from them in the mailbox for being patient and understanding with them while they did their project. Very thoughtful and a kind gesture. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future outdoor projects.
