As a Landscape Crew Member, you’ll help create outdoor spaces that maximize value and functionality for our clients.
You’ll work on:
• Installing patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers to enhance landscapes.
• Operating and maintaining tools and equipment safely.
• Collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality results.

Maintenance Crew Member
As a Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll ensure our clients’ properties look their best year-round.
You’ll focus on:
• Mowing, trimming, and maintaining turf and landscape beds.
• Pruning plants, applying mulch, and performing seasonal cleanups.
• Operating stand-on mowers, blowers, and other equipment.
• Delivering excellent service to meet client expectations.

What We’re Looking For
A passion for quality work and attention to detail.
Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliability and ability to work 8-10 hour shifts repeatedly.
Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
A valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).
