Stamped Concrete Patio in Woodbury

This customer had a bare, patchy backyard with no usable patio space, a downspout dumping water right at the foundation, and zero definition to the yard. The area under the deck was completely wasted space. This is a really common setup we run into in Woodbury and in the Twin Cities.

We came in and handled everything as one coordinated scope of work. The stamped concrete patio now fills the under-deck space properly, giving the homeowner a clean, dry, usable area right off the back door. No more mud, no more wasted square footage.

The grading and landscaping work tied it all together. We cut in clean edging around the patio perimeter and brought in crushed rock to create defined landscape beds along the foundation and under the deck framing. It gives the whole backyard a finished, intentional look instead of that half-done feel.

The downspout extension was a critical piece of this job. The original setup was sending water straight down along the foundation wall which is a problem for both the foundation and any future concrete or landscaping work. We ran it out and away so water is now directed well clear of the house.
